Our driver will be waiting for you with your camper at your chosen address and time. And we will, of course, give you the driver’s telephone number in advance. By the time you pick it up, your camper is fully equipped, clean, and ready to go. Please allow one hour for the instructions and paperwork (this means checking the camper, how to use it, taking pictures, signing some forms and online payment of the rent and security deposit). Our driver will then return by his own means.
Drop off is essentially the same thing. Our driver will meet you at the address and time you have chosen, he will check the camper, take the keys and that’s that – you can be on your way!

No, only a standard driving license (Class B) for vehicles with total weight up to 3,500 kg is needed. However, you should be comfortable driving on the right side of the road. Also keep in mind the elevated height of the camper.

We are required by law to protect ourselves and our rental customers with third-party liability insurance. In other words, you’ll be covered for damage to property and persons outside your vehicle. What you are responsible for is damage to, or theft of the camper and its contents. This responsibility is limited by an amount of 25000 CZK which you pay as security deposit at the time of pick up. In case of damage, we don’t take the whole deposit with no questions asked – we always consider the extent of the damage.

There are three emergency assistance numbers. One for road assistance (flat tires, etc), one for engine and car based problems, and one for the motorhome parts of the car (kitchen, fridge, shower etc). There is also our 24/7 help-line available, where you’ll find a real human who knows your case and can get you the appropriate help. You’ll be provided with all of these when you pick up your camper.

Some countries do require a special windscreen sticker (known as a ‘vignette’) for driving on highways. Our campers are equipped with vignettes for Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. In other countries (e.g. France, Italy), you have to pay tolls as you go. In Norway, there is an additional payment system in use. For this, you’ll receive an additional invoice after your trip issued with the contact information you provided. For more information about the road tolls, visit www.tolls.eu/

All of our campers have beds for 4 adults and 1 child-sized bed. There are belted passenger seats for 5 adults, but we do not suggest traveling with so many adults in the camper as it can get a bit overcrowded and just not very comfortable. For larger groups that want to travel and camp together, we can always arrange for several campers to be picked up and dropped off at the same time and place so that everyone can travel together ‘caravan style’. This option is very popular with groups of families that want to travel and camp together, but also want to have the privacy and comfort of their own motorhome.

All of our campers have manual transmission. Manual transmission will use less fuel than automatic because they need less power to work, thus saving you money in fuel costs. Manual transmission also allows you to have more control over the power of the vehicle.

After signing the contract, you will pay 50% of the rent as a deposit. The rest will be paid 5 business days prior to your pick up. At the time of the handover of the camper, you will pay a security deposit of 25 thousand crowns. The preferred method of payment for all payments is by bank transfer. The security deposit covers any damage to the car and will be returned as soon as we ensure that the car has been delivered undamaged.

An accident is the worst case scenario on any holiday – thankfully, it does not happen often. But if it does happen, know that we will not leave you stranded and without help in a foreign country! We will always be there to help sort out the situation and get you back on the road as soon as possible. This could mean helping via assistance on the phone, finding a garage to do minor repairs or even providing you with a new car from our backup fleet. In case of somewhat of a bigger scratch or any damage to the camper or its contents, always let us know immediately by phone. If someone else is involved (or someone else’s property), always call the police to write a report, and call us as soon as possible.

You can move freely between these countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Unfortunately, we do not allow our campers to be driven to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Turkey for both safety reasons and the fact that they are excluded from our insurance plan.

Yes! The price includes VAT, road tax, and all services and equipment. At the time of pick up, a vehicle security deposit of 2500 € is required. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition, on the agreed upon date, to the agreed location. The tank of diesel fuel must be full, the toilet holding tank must be emptied and clean, and there must be no damage or equipment missing. If the camper is not returned reasonably clean inside, we will have to charge a 100€ fee for heavy cleaning – but this is a rare occasion.
